Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility required.
Power Yoga is designed specifically to improve muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, and increase flexibility. The poses are challenging and you move from one pose to the next quickly.
It provides a good physical workout and, unlike some other styles of yoga that follow the same series of poses each time, power yoga classes are seldom alike.
